<p>This folding table has its metal top (1) on a frame (3) with a pair of rails (4, 4') parallel to the long side. The legs are 'U' shaped and are fitted to the frame by means of spring rods (8, 8') which consists of two arms (9, 9') connected by a 'U' shaped centre piece (10). The cross piece of this centre piece (10) rests on a cross rail (11) between the parallel rails (4, 4') while the arms (9.9') pass through the parallel rails (4, 4') so that the free arm ends locate in holes (12) in the legs (7, 7'). The crossmembers (6, 6') of the legs rests, when folded, in a cut out in the parallel rails (4, 4'). To unfold the legs (7, 7').
