Self service store automatic swing door - has door closer with action reversible from entrance to exit function

The pendulum action swinging door is esp. for a barrier in a gangway in a self-service store. The door closer is designed not to swing back too quickly. A base and tubular post contains the door closer and a panic safety device. The swinging door unit can be reversed from one direction of swing to the opposite one, effectively from an entrance unit to an exit unit. Continuous adjustment may be provided for the panic safety device torsional moment to be overcome. This is completely housed in the tubular post upright, with no protrusions.
