PURPOSE:To move limit area toward the delay side of a motor by adding to the output signal of the minimum-excitation-limit-signal generator the output signal of a differentiating circuit for detecting the variation rate of reactive power, which circuit is provded in parallel with the minimum-excitation-limit signal generator for limiting minimum exciting current.
