Each cavity may comprise at least three intersecting bores, the member 10 being arranged in an intermediate one of the intersecting bores. Each member 10 may comprise a cam operable by link rods, or a hollow rubber body partly encased in a metal housing and connected to a source of hydraulic fluid.
