Engine deriving power from atmospheric heat - with air blown over evaporator and vapour delivered to power generator before cooling in reservoir

The engine incorporates a gear tooth pump which pumps a liquid refrigerant such as Freon from a reservoir and delivers it to a heat exchanger. A fan blows air over the fins of the heat exchanger and evaporates the refrigerant. The vapour flows to an engine where it expands and generates power. The liquid then passes to a reservoir where it can be cooled by means of circulating water or by using a commercial refrigerating compressor. By using sources of cold underground water the engine can supply power without using fuel and without polluting the atmosphere.
