Bicycle handlebar cladding sheath - comprises flexible strip with internal non:slip strip and wire threaded through holes

The cladding sheath is for the handlebars of a bicycle and is formed from a strip of flexible material whose width is equal to the circumference of the bars. On the inside face is a further strip of flexible non-slip material (2). Holes are previously formed (4) along the edges of the strip (1), offset from each other. They allow a strong wire to be threaded through them. After the strip has been fitted to the HANDLEBARS the wire is pulled tight, bringing the strip edges together and completely covering the bars.
