The small mechanical switch for installing into walls, panels etc., has two possible arrangements using the same mass-produced parts. The first arrangement of parts has the switch lever in the small face of the rectangular housing and the second arrangement has it in the large face. - The housing has press-out areas that can be removed to give either one of the two housing orientations. The mechanical and electrical configuration inside the housing is the same for both orientations, only the housing holes and the operating lever are different.
