PURPOSE:To obtain the color liquid crystal display element which has a high contrast ratio and high reliability by making a 1st electrode larger in hardness than a 2nd electrode and providing the 1st electrode on a position corresponding to the electrode lead-out part of the 2nd electrode. CONSTITUTION:The 1st electrode is larger in hardness than the 2nd electrode and the 1st electrode is provided on the position opposite the electrode lead-out part of the 2nd electrode. Namely, an electrode for display has a leading part for leading an electrode terminal out of an electrode substrate and an electrode 2 for electrodeposition is provided on the position opposite the electrode lead-out part of the electrode for display. The leading terminal part on the side of an electrodeposited color filter has the double structure of the transparent electrode 2 for electrodeposition and the transparent electrode for display and the transparent electrode 2 for electrodeposition is filmed at relatively high temperature as compared with the transparent electrode for display, so the hardness is increased and a defect due such as wire breaking due to a flaw can be reduced. Consequently, the excellent contrast ratio is obtained. |
