A tubular fixing device (1) is inserted in a hole in concrete and is held by an anchor piece. The anchor piece has two bent hooks (2). There is also a mounting device adjustable along the device to hold a panel, radiator etc. A cap (12) closes the annular space between the outer surface of the fixing device and the hole in the concrete, and has a hole passing material used to fill the hole. The cap has a flange (7) pressing on the wall. An object to be held to the concrete is fixed with two nuts of synthetic material on the threaded part of the fixing piece. |
