摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce take-up torque by switching a tension adjusting pin to a position coming in contact with a tape, a position separated from the tape, and a position a little separated from a tape contact position corresponding to a mode. CONSTITUTION:An engaging pin 21 is engaged with a first step part 23a when play is performed. Since a gap is formed between the pin 21 and the upper end surface of the step part 23a, the free turning of a tension adjusting arm 51 is secured, and the tension adjusting pin 14 can be moved to the tape contact position by attaching a pressing force by a coil spring 20. Thereby, prescribed tension can be applied to a magnetic tape 4 while feeding. When a stop or reviw operation, etc., is performed, a switching member 22 is moved in a direc tion of C, and a second step part 23b is engaged and abutted with the pin 21. Since the movement of the arm 15 in a clockwise direction can be regulated by the above abutting, the pin 14 is brought into contact with the tap 4 without receiving the pressing force. In such a way, no pressing force is given to the tape 4 while stopping, which solves a problem of stretching of the tape 4.</p>
