Cart used in precision levelling operations - is floorless, has openable windows, and protects tripod from wind induced vibration

Precision levelling operation vehicle used where it is essential to avoid wind-induced vibration of the tripod, comprises a wheeled cart without floor, or with a floor leaving adequate openings to permit placing a tripot on firm ground. Openable windows are provided at the appropriate height so that light can reach the levelling instrument without passing through glass. The cart is pref. provided with a towing hook permitting transport as a car trailer, or by hand, and with a sliding entrance door, also a roof may be fitted.
