A domestic oven has a heating space (1) at the bottom within the cooker casing (2). A combustion chamber in the bottom of this space is formed by upper and lower truncated conical sheets (7, 8). The gas burner (11) is supported near the bottom of the combustion chamber. The upper cone (8) has an outlet (30) at its top through which flue gases escape. An outer sheet (34) spaced off the top cone (8) provides an annular passage (37) round the combustion chamber with an entry for the flue gases and an open circular end (38). This forms the draught diverter. An opening (39) in the top of the draught diverter leads into the bottom of a horizontal flue pipe (40) which runs towards the back of the casing.
|
