Adjustable drawing machine head - has digital angle indicator, angle detector and drive mechanism

The adjustable head for drawing machines comprises a detector an indicator, pref. digital, for the instantaneous angle, and a drive mechanism adjusting the angular position of the drawing head. The drive mechanism is operated by hand, or connected to an automatic angle regulator, or it may comprise a motor which acts via its shaft on a screw which drives a gear in the drawing head. The detector pref. detects the instantaneous angle at the motor shaft without contact. There may be a courser second detector for stepwise detection of the angle. A circuit monitors and adjusts the angle of the first detector by means of the angular step of the second detector.
