The control unit for radio and television receivers, has devices for manually setting verious variables (luminance, contrasts, colour tone, bass/treble, etc.) and allows previously set values to be rapidly reobtained. Additional electrical or mechanical devices allow pre-programmed values to be rapidly reobtained. Manual adjustment is accomplished with finger-hole discs connected via slip couplings to e.g. potentiometers that set the variable. The discs have cams linked to the resetting devices.
