PURPOSE:To obtain the photosensitive material with which a high sensitivity to laser exposing and stable photographic characteristics are obtd. and which is suitable for rapid processing by forming three photosensitive layers which have spectral sensitivity peaks in three different light wavelength regions respectively of >=650nm and specifying the emulsions of the photosensitive layers. CONSTITUTION:The three photosensitive layers contg. any of a cyan coupler, magenta coupler or yellow coupler have the spectral sensitivity peaks in the three different light wavelength regions respectively of >=650nm. The silver halide emulsions used of the photosensitive layers consist of a silver chlorobromide emulsion or silver chloride emulsion contg. >=96mol% silver chloride and th silver chlorobromide emulsion or silver chloride emulsion of at least one of the photosensitive layers further consists of the silver iodochlorobromide or silver iodochlorobromide contg. 0.01 to 3mol% silver iodide on the surface or subsurface of the particles. The photosensitive material with which the high sensitivity to the laser exposing and the stable photographic characteristic are obtainable and which is suitable for the rapid processing is obtd. in this way.
