Burner nozzle for oil and/or gas comprises central outlet openings for the oil or gas, and mounted at the outer periphery a Hartmann oscillator or ultrasonic generator operated by pressurised air or steam. At the outer edge of the end face of the nozzle is mounted an interchangeable ring (12) which protrudes beyond the end face by a distance which can be adjusted by replacing the ring or axially adjusting it. Pref. the ring is screwed onto a thread in the outer wall (8) of the nozzle as far as a top, and several intermediate rings (13) for different kinds of flame are insertable to obtain a given distance of protrusion of the ring. One of the two wall parts (8) defining the outlet opening from the resonance chamber (2) may be replaceable, and two or more of these wall parts are provided to obtain different widths of opening (D1,D2) of the outlet opening from the resonance chamber.
