The fine-boring and smooth-rolling tool has a cap between the two individual tools, fitting over the cutter head and with grooves guiding the oil direct to the point at which swarf is formed. The internal smooth-rolling tool is combined with a conventional pendulum-mounted reamer. On a concentric adjusting spindle for the reamer blades (4) there can be an elastic intermediate component, while the individual reamer blades are subjected to the action of a return spring. Adjustable centring guide strips (12) are arranged between the reamer blades, it being possible to set the adjusting members (13) from outside via the hollow drive spindle.
