<p>Cultivator consists of separable implements which can be used separately. A deep cultivator (3) is attached to a tractor by a three-point coupling (4, 5) and consists of a frame (6) to which disc-wheels (7) and tines (8) are fixed. The tines (8) are positioned in staggered formation and have compression springs (9). The frame (6) supports an extension (10) with coupling-fixtures (11, 12) at each end. One fixture (11) is joined to the tractor power take-off, and the other fixture (12) takes the driveshaft (13) of the rotary hoe (14) which follows it. The rotary hoe (14) is fixed by two arms (15) to the frame (6) of the deep-cultivator (3) and by an adjusting spindle (17) situated between the top connecting-plate (4) of the cultivator and the top connection (16) of the rotary hoe. The rotary hoe (14) has a variable gear (19) for changing the rotational speed of the hoe (18).</p> |
