发明名称 LINE CONTROL CIRCUIT
摘要
1503792 Key telephone systems WESTERN ELECTRIC CO Inc 24 March 1975 [29 March 1974] 12246/75 Heading H4K Each line of a key telephone system is provided with a line control circuit including a counter which is energized for certain changes of state of the system to effectively provide a persistence check for the change of state. On detection of ringing current on the line the counter is fed with 20 Hz pulses. If a count of 6 is reached an output from the counter in association with a ringing present signal causes logic circuitry to respond to enable a tone generator (Fig. 3, not shown) and a "flash" signal generator to supply ringing tone and lamp flash signals to each key telephone of the system, the counter being reset. On termination of the ringing current i.e. due to the silent interval or calling party release, the counter is fed with 1Hz pulses. The tone generator is also disabled but the signal generator is held operative. If ringing current is again detected before the counter reaches a count of 12, (this will normally occur at about a count of 9 if the pause was due to the silent interval) 20 Hz pulses are fed to the counter and when a count of 12 is reached the logic circuit responds to the counter output and the ringing present signal to re-energize the tone generator, the counter being reset. If the counter reaches a count of 14 due to the 1 Hz pulses without ringing current again being detected, the circuitry is reset to idle. If a subscriber presses a hold button during a call the counter is pulsed at 60 Hz until a count of 3 is attained. The logic circuitry responds to place the line on hold and to energize a "wink" signal generator, the counter being reset. If line current ceases during a hold condition the counter is pulsed at 20 Hz. If the current is restored before a count of 9 is reached the counter is reset. The attainment of a count of 9 is recognized as a holding party release condition and the control circuit resets to return the hold line to idle. When the subscriber again presses the hold button to re-access a held line the counter is fed with 20 Hz pulses, attainment of a count of 4 causing the hold condition to be removed. The control circuit is described in detail with respect to Figs. 4-8 (not shown) and employs diodes, transistors, integrated circuits and a varister. The key telephones may be of known form utilizing LED's as the line condition indicators.
