PURPOSE:To provide an electronic timepiece, in which a resilient base plate carrying thereon electronic parts such as C-MOSLSI is formed in a foldable manner at the portion thereof where it lies on an electrode of liquid-crystal indication panel, and the folded portion of the base plate is formed integrally with an elastic mamber, thus reducing the number of component parts. |
