PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a gravure roll by controlling the supply of a color ink from each nozzle so that it fills only the cell part of each gravure roll. CONSTITUTION:A base film 1 is moved in the arrow direction and at the same time, each gravure roll 31, 32, 33 is rotated in the arrow direction during the manufacture of an ink sheet. Furthermore, each pump 241, 242, 243 is activated. Then control devices 221, 222, 223 are maintained in the first state for a specified period at a specified time. Consequently, color inks are supplied to each nozzle 211, 212, 213 from each gravure roll 31, 32, 33 to fill the cell part 4 of each gravure roll 31, 32, 33. If a specified time has elapsed, the control devices 221, 222, 223 are switched to the second state, and the color inks pass through bypasses 261, 262, 263 and return to ink tanks 251, 252, 253. That is, a doctor blade 27 has only to be arranged and thereby the lift of the gravure rolls can be increased about twice as much. |
