CONTINUOUS PREPARATION OF COMPOSITE METALLIC CYANIDE COMPLEX CATALYST

PURPOSE:To continuously and stably synthesize a highly-activated catalyst by mixing an alkali metallic cyanometalate aq. soln. with a metallic halide aq. soln. and thereafter mixing an organic ligand with the mixed aq. soln. and aging this mixture at the specified temp. CONSTITUTION:An alkali metallic cyanometalate aq. soln. of metal such as Fe(II) is mixed with a metallic halide aq. soln. of metal such as Zn(II) at constant ratio at the reaction temp. not lower than 0 deg.C and lower than 40 deg.C. After retention time of at least one minute and not more than 360 minutes is maintained, an organic ligand is mixed at constant ratio and this mixture is aged at the aging temp. not lower than the reaction temp. and lower than 125 deg.C. Thereby a highly-activated composite metallic cyanide complex catalyst can be continuously and stably synthesized.
