Concrete block making plant - reciprocating mechanism positions moulds from two stations under pouring head

A mechaniced system for moulding, firing, handling and stocking concrete blocks as in the main patent, includes a concrete pouring station where double moulds are positioned alternately under the hopper from a stack each side by a reciprocating piston device and an ejector for each stack, so that a ramming operation follows the pouring. The moulds filled with compressed wet concrete are then pushed forwards onto a belt conveyor for transfer to stacking and handling equipment.
