PURPOSE:To enable commanding the optimum load distribution by determining the optimum overall zone for every step from the present point of time to a predetermined time and by making a factor for defining a membership function alterable through input data of a computer. CONSTITUTION:An operator 4 inputs a demand forecast value by the input means of a terminal 20. At the time of setting an initial value, the output value and output zone at that point of time are set, a time increment value is then added thereto, and an overall index is calculated. Further, the overall index of a peripheral zone is calculated and an unfinished peripheral zone is calculated too. Then, the optimum overall zone is judged and determined on the basis of the overall index. |
