<p>The spool frame for twine twisting machines has two support arms located opposite each other to hold a winding spool fitted on a friction drive roller and which can swivel itself upwards to fit to the continuously increasing winding spool diameter during the spooling operation. Each of the two support arms (15) are firmly connected to the coupling (1) of the handle drive, the frame (14) or connecting point of which lie within the area of the machine frame. The measurements of the individual links of the handle drive are chosen to ensure that the support arm ends holding the winding spool (4) carry out a straight line movement at least on the path determined by the increase in the diameter of the spool.</p> |
