PUNCH HOLDER WITH STRIPPER STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To prevent damaging a work with the cup material of a soft elastic material by separating a holder member and a sleeve in an axial direction with a stripper spring, covering the bottom surface of the sleeve with the cup material of soft elastic material and accommodating a punch inside. CONSTITUTION:The sleeve 36 is movable in the axial direction against the punch 12 and also is expanded so as to situate on the end surface of leading end 74 of the punch 12. The stripper spring 38 is interposed so as to exercise a force to the upper end 42 of the sleeve 36. The cup material 58 with elasticity covers the lower end face 56 of the sleeve 36 and is engaged with the surface of the work when the punch 12 is made to take stroke motion. The cup material 58 is formed into a punched opening part 76 by the first punching action.
