PURPOSE:To make a device itself compact by connecting a main control device and sub control device by a bus link device via a bus line and connecting a 1st-Nth sub control parts by a multibus respectively. CONSTITUTION:A master control part 12 is equipped with a master CPU 12a, an input output part 12b and a bus link part 12c and they are stored in a rack 12d. A slave control device 13 is equipped with slave CPU 13a, 13b, 13c and 13d, a bus link part 13e, an A/D converter 13f and D/A converter 13g, and they are stored in the rack. The bus link part 12c and bus link 13e are connected via a bus line 14, also the slave CPU 13a, 13b, 13c and 13d are mutually connected by the multibus. |
