<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of sorting a small amount of produced articles of many kinds by temporarily staying an article to discriminate the classification, storing articles in a designated pallet on every classification, taking out a full-load pallet and supplying an empty pallet. CONSTITUTION:The classification of a tire T subjected to visual inspection by a visual inspection device 1 is discriminated, a bar code label is stuck tc the tire, and the tire is transported from a transport conveyer 5 to a storage conveyer 6 to be temporarily accumulated on the storage conveyer 6. According to the detection of a load detector 7, a bar code is read by a bar code reader 8, and the classification is discriminated by a control computer to decide a storing pallet 11. The tire is stored in a designated pallet 11 by a tire transport apparatus 10. A fullload pallet is taken out by a transport apparatus 12, and an empty pallet is supplied by a transport apparatus 13.</p> |
