The disc (1) is provided with pocket-like recesses (2) in which the cutting bits (4) are seated. The disc has an arched shaving removing edge (3) terminating in a tip (6) which fits into a notch (7') on the front part of the bit (4). The other notch (7") is at some distance on the front part of the bit and meshes with a corresponding step on the disc pocket. The notches are placed symmetrically to the longitudinal front dimension (5) of the cutting bit, which makes the bit reversible. The bit is kept tightly in the pocket by a wedge-shaped fixing block (10) and screw.
