Winter tread for tyres - having winter profile plus inner reinforcements vulcanised in rubber and applied to tread

A non-skid tyre surface for vehicles consists of a bonded covering for the tread, pref. with a profile similar to winter type, with an inner substrate of >=1 layer of fabric, braid etc. e.g. of textiles, fabrics of similar press- vulcanised with rubber (and pref. with synthetic rubber), and with a winter type profile vulcanised on to its outer surface. The covering can be left on all winter. It is easy to apply and suitable for use on any road conditions.
