<p>An anti-theft device for use with collections of valuables, jewels, etc., has a rotary element which is automatically set into motion when the anti-theft device electric current circuit is broken by an alarm installation. A spring drive system is provided to produce the necessary power drive, and an oil filled cylinder is used to provide damping. Articles of jewelry, or other valuables are placed on the rotary element, which may be in the form of an endless rubber strip and are projected into some form of safe when the alarm circuit is broken.</p> |
