A decorative panel in a living room or office also used for central heating and humidifying has a water delivery pipe (4) across the top, connected to a circulating pump. This pipe has a row of discharge holes (5) which spray water onto the surface of the panel (1). A base plate (3) has a collector trough (7) across it under the panel, connected to the suction side of the pump. The panel may be corrugated, curved, or may be a mirror, and is heated. The vertical support tubes (6) may form part of the circulating circuit. A lamp may be housed under the top shroud (2).
