Exhaust gas feed back regulator - has depression storage chamber containing accelerator position dependent regulator valve

The exhaust gas feed back pipe leads from the exhaust manifold to the induction manifold downstream to the throttle valve via a depression dependent regulator valve. The throttle valve shaft is provided with a cam in contact with a spring loaded needle valve. The needle valve regulates a pressure valve corresponding to the throttle valve position. The pressure valve consists of a housing divided into two chambers separated by a wall containing a bore for the needle valve point. The one chamber leads to the exhaust gas regulator valve diaphragm chamber, and the second chamber is connected to a pressure relief pipe to the induction pipe upstream to the throttle valve. The first chamber is additionally connected to a depression source immediately upstream to the throttle flap as seen in a closed condition. A depression storage chamber, with a fixed restrictor passage in front of and behind the chamber, is included in the depression feed.
