The camera with a telescopic objective is fitted on a simulated gun for target practice. The aiming device has cross wires for creating a new sport called firing photography. The imitation gun has the appearance of a genuine gun and the same weight. The aiming cross wires are tranferred to the photographs made. The imitation gun has rear and front sights. On firing the camera is triggered and it is possible hence to study the shot fired. An adjustment mechanism is provided to ensure that the aiming device and the camera are pointed to the same point. A camera in which the picture is immediately developed is highly suitable for this purpose.
