Title cpds. have formula: (where R is 2-7c alkyl, R2R3-substd. phenyl (where R2 is H or OH and R3 is H or halogen such as Cl or F, theinyl or furyl), R1 is -CHMeOCOR4, -CHR5OCOOR4 or -CH2NHCOOR4 or -CH2NHCOOR4 where R4 is 1-4C alkyl and R5 is H, Me or Et), pref. cpd. has R = Ph, R1 = CHMe.OAc. The cpds. are rapidly hydrolysed in blood serum to corresp. aminopenicillins. |
