PURPOSE:To provide a photosensitive element producing method, in which an inexpensive single crystal of alkali halides is used by the use of highly pure materials in an evaporated layer so as to reduce the cost for material and to obtain a film of sufficient thickness for the desired characteristics without any formation of cracks.
