Electrically powered heater intended to be mounted on office or domestic walls. The heating element is intended to be inconspicuous, safe and capable of taking up the shape of the mounting surface. The heater which is intended to be adequate without any auxiliary heating sources, is mounted on a non-inflamable insulating layer over a thin sheet metal reflector. The heating matrix is covered by a further insulating layer, the various layers being secured either with a glue or stitched in some way. The evenly distributed heating is at a low level as is the supply voltage.
