Double skinned plastics caravan - has double walled upper and lower halves with storage space between skins

A manufacturing system for making camping caravans, which are made of two half internal and two half external plastic shells, made by thermal forming then assembled together. A space between the outer and inner shells permits ventilation of the assembly. The interior shell has an uppe half (2a) and a lower half (2b). On the top of the outer half shell is an air intake (3) for ventilation purposes and there can be a gallery (4). The chassis (5) is incorporated between the inner and outer half shells (1b, 2b) and includes an axle (6). Kitchen furniture can go in a space (7) one side and a wardrobe in a space (8) on the other side. Joining of assemblies can be by screw, rivet or welding, with sealing joints.
