The toy comprises a wooden stick (1), held in the hand. This stick has grooves (2) for better grip and at the top end, two deep grooves (3) spaced apart. The rotating part is a flexible metal strip having a ball at each end. The strip can flex in one direction the other remaining in the same straight plane. The balls are of wood or plastics. The metal strip is balanced in one of the deep grooves and the player causes it to rotate about the stick, using hand motion. The balls flex the strip and the air is to keep strip and balls rotating.
