The system for sterile extraction of bodily fluids operates by suction generated by prestressing two planar cover surfaces which are connected to each other by a resilient membrane. The quantity and rate of inflow may be regulated by a self-closing valve consisting of a valve stem which is guided in a bore extending perpendicularly to the direction of flow. The valve head is mushroom-shaped, and its shape and resiliency cause a hole in the valve stem to lie outside the flow path in the inoperative state. Only when the valve head is depressed does the hole align completely or partially with the flow path. On the inside of the cover surfaces may be test zones for further examination of the extracted bodily fluid.
