PURPOSE:To detect the pressure drop such as leakage of gas easily irrespectively of a change in temp. by interlocking the 1st bellows which has a temp. sensitive part and forms a standard gaseous pressure part and the 2nd bellows which forms a detection gaseous part by means of a transmission shaft. CONSTITUTION:An insulating gas is sealed in a standard gaseous pressure part 13 and a temp. sensing part 15, and an apparatus which measures pressure is connected in a connection port 18b. A transmission shaft 20 is stuck to the bellows 12, 17 of roughly the same diameter in the part 13 and a detection gaseous pressure part 18, respectively, whereby a differential pressure detection part 30 is formed. When the pressure in the part 18 drops on account of leakage of gas or the like, the shaft 20 moves to the right side, and a backing plate 27 turns an L-shaped lever 32. An operating member 35 is then moved downward by a connecting part 34 and the downward movement thereof is indicated by a pressure indicator 37. When the pressure drop execeeds a threshold value, a relay 39 is turned on to trigger an alarm. Since the standard gas is maintained at the same temp. as the gas to be detected by the part 15, the change in the pressure is detected easily irrespectively of temp. |
