PURPOSE:To raise the water quantity forecasting accuracy, by deriving a forecasting value of an inflow water quantity to a dam after a prescribed time, from a rainfall data and an inflow water quantity data, and correcting various parameters so that a difference to an inflow water quantity measured actually after a prescribed time becomes minimum. CONSTITUTION:A data of each pluviometer 1a, 1b and 1c, which is written in a memory 6a and a is measured at a time n-1, and a data of an inflow water quantity measuring metar 2 are read in a computer 5, respectively. Subsequently, a forecasting value Qn of an inflow water quantity at a time (n) after a prescribed time is calculated by use of said rainfall data and inflow water quantity data, and a prescribed parameter. Subsequently, a coefficient is corrected so that a difference between the forecast-calculated value Qn and an inflow water quantity In measured actually at the time (n) becomes minimum. Thereafter, the forecasting value Qn of the calculated inflow water quantity, the actually measured value In of the time concerned, and the parameter used for the calculation are recorded in a memory 6b. |
