1469202 Honey dessert composition GENERAL FOODS Ltd 27 Jan 1976 [28 Jan 1975] 3739/75 Heading A2B A free flowing powder dessert composition comprises a dessert powder formulation containing carbohydrates and setting agents or gelling compounds and having incorporated therein natural liquid honey which retains the aromatic and destatic elements of real honey. The honey is suitably applied by heating up to 60‹C and spraying through a nozzle to produce globules of liquid honey having an average dia. of less than 400 microns onto a fluidised or otherwise agitated bed or onto a falling curtain of the free flowing dessert composition. Preferably not more than 15% by wt of the composition of honey is used. |
