<p>A shearing apparatus which includes a stationary rectilinear blade fixedly mounted on a stationary support and a movable rectilinear blade having a cutting edge including a predetermined angle with the cutting edge of the stationary blade. The movable blade is mounted for rocking movement about a pivot axis located in a plane which bisects the predetermined angle and which is substantially normal to a plane which includes the cutting edges of the two blades.</p> |
