PURPOSE:To enable to perform auxiliary gear shifting and creep gear shifting by means of an auxiliary gear shifting lever, by a method wherein a title mechanism is constituted such that an actuating lever for auxiliary gear shifting and an actuating lever for creep gear shifting are projected from a gear shifting shaft for auxiliary gear shifting, and the actuating lever for creep can be engaged with an object to be actuated. CONSTITUTION:The opening in the upper surface of a mission case 1 is closed with a cover body 10, and a gear shifting sliding shaft 61 is supported. An actuating lever 65 for auxiliary gear shifting and a creep gear shifting lever 66 are located in a projecting manner to the gear shifting sliding shaft 61, and the actuating lever 65 is adapted to be relatively coupled to shifters 47 and 48 for auxiliary gear shifting, and the actuating lever 66 is selectively coupled to a double engagement preventing metals 60 and the recess part of an object to be actuated 57. Control of the auxiliary gear shifting lever 64 enables switching of coupling of the actuating levers 65 and 66 to the shifters 47 and 48 and the object to be actuated 57, and this enables selection of auxiliary gear shifting and creep gear shifting only through control of the lever 64. |
