PURPOSE:To make a tension generating device simple in construction and to reduce an initial investment of installation by winding a wire rod while producing a temperature difference between a main body of frame and the wire rod and generating a binding force in a winding device. CONSTITUTION:A wire rod 1 heated to a desired temperature by a heating device 4, is fixed its front end to the main body 2 of a frame, and is wound around the main body 2 in a state of providing a tension to the wire rod 1 by a tension generating device 3 by rotating the main body 2 at a prescribed speed with the aid of a motor 7. At that time, the heating conditions at a heating dedive 4 are determined so that the temperature difference between the main body 2 and the wire rod 1 is equal to a desired value. Further, when the desired temperature difference can not be obtained only by the device 4, the main body 2 is cooled by a cooling device 5. Then the wire rod 1 is wound around the main body 2, and when the temperatures of them stabilize at the normal operating temperature, a thermal stress acts between them as a strong binding force in winding up the wire rod 1. |
