PURPOSE:To shorten the depth size of a device by locating an aiming mechanism for adjusting the right and left directions nearer to the car body center side end of a lamp body back section than to a rotation fulcrum mechanism, and supporting a pair of lamps in front of the rotation fulcrum mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An aiming mechanism for adjusting the right and left directions 51 has an aiming screw 60 arranged nearly horizontally near the car body center side end on the back section of a lamp body 21 so that it is inclined against the optical axis L and nearly perpendicular to a front section 23A, and a spherical head section 61 is located in front of the rotation center O in the vertical plane nearly parallel with the straight line L1 containing the rotation center O. When a rotation operation section 76 is rotated, the aiming screw 60 is converted into the straight line movement, and a headlight unit 25 is tilted in the right and left directions centering the rotation fulcrum O. The depth size on the car body center side of a headlight device, i.e., the opposite side to the rotation center side end, can be shortened. |
