<p>The battery-operated lighter consists of a housing (1) with an open top. The housing contains the igniting assembly (2) fitted with reed relay (3). The two parts are assembled into one unit by plastic cap (4). The connections of the reed relay are coupled within the igniter (2) with electronic elements which convert the low tension from the battery into high tension. The output connections from the igniter are wired to a spark gap adjacent to the burner valve (5). Above the igniter/reed relay assembly a slide (6) moving in guides (7) is provided, carrying permanent magnet (8).</p> |
