Two wheeled perambulator with folding chassis - has folding struts to prop chassis horizontally, and handles swing over when folded

The perambulator has a chassis supported on two wheels making it very easy to control and steer and carries a strut underneath to support the chassis when the handle swings forwards over it when folded. The strut is retractable and can carry a small additional wheel. A torsion bar is mounted between the wheels, across the chassis, forming part of a suspension system. The ends of the strut are L shaped and fit into holders so that they can swing about a horizontal axis corresponding to the longitudinal centre line of the chassis, to a folded position. A catch retains these ends in their extreme positions.
