An equipment for the thermo-optical projection or reproduction of coloured documents is used to obtain the copy at distance. It provides teleprojection or telereprography of documents. The equipment, produces copies by three stages. The first stage records the three chrominances of the document. The second stage projects the three chrominance pictures onto a receiving surface. The third stage erases the three pictures. The equipment has a laser (10) deflectors (12, 13) and a focal lens (11). It also has three mirrors (141-3) three glass-electrode cells (201-3) and three light bulbs (301-3). The cells are connected to a controller (40) to analyse the picture to be produced. the three components of the picture are projected onto a screen (5).
